Verigy and Silicon Test Systems Announce Settlement of Lawsuit
CUPERTINO, Calif. & SAN JOSE, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company and Silicon Test Systems, Inc., today announced that the lawsuit pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern California District of California, San Jose Division entitled Verigy US, Inc. v. Romi Omar Mayder, Wesley Mayder, Silicon Test Systems, Inc. and Silicon Test Solutions, LLC has been resolved to the parties' mutual satisfaction.
As part of the confidential settlement, all intellectual property owned, developed by or assigned to Silicon Test Systems, Inc., Silicon Test Solutions, LLC and Romi Mayder since June 1, 2006 has been transferred to Verigy.
