BSQUARE to Distribute Microsoft Embedded Solutions in Europe

This new European agreement expands upon the existing distribution rights BSQUARE already has for Microsoft Windows Embedded in North America and Microsoft Windows Mobile worldwide. BSQUARE will provide OEMs and device manufacturers with access to Microsoft Embedded licensing. These licensing services are complemented by the end-to-end BSQUARE consulting, development and integration services and automated testing solutions.

The agreement signals a strategic expansion of the European market for BSQUARE, a company focused on enabling the creation of smart, connected devices for mobility, automotive, retail, and other fast-growing vertical markets. BSQUARE will focus initially on new licensing distribution in the United Kingdom and German markets, complementing the company's existing European business. BSQUARE has its primary European office in Bristol, United Kingdom and provides multinational OEMs and ODMs with development, licensing, integration and testing services from locations around the globe.
