About We Sell Cellular, LLC.
The CEO and founder of We Sell Cellular, LLC., Brian Tepfer, began as an owner of a single retail location in the year 2000. As a small business owner, Mr. Tepfer noticed that while there was increasing demand for the use of cellular phones, there was also a problem with the supply chain to retail stores.
