


PRESTIGE TELECOM INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTEMENT OF NEW CFO AND SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT STRATEGY
MONTREAL, Feb. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Prestige Telecom Inc. ("Prestige" or the "Company") (TSXV: PR) of Montréal, Québec, a leader in providing engineering, materials furnishing, installation and support services (commonly referred to as EF&I services), as well as technical and aerial services to the Canadian communications and broadcast industries announced today that the board of directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Alain Boucher as the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Boucher will become a key member of the Company's executive team and will report to Mr. Pierre Yves Méthot, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Prestige.
Mr. Jack Pulkinen who assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer since February 2009 will transfer his responsibilities to the strategic planning of the Company as Senior Vice-President Strategy.
These changes to the organizational structure of the Company have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and take effect February 27, 2011.
The Company also announced the resignation of Mr. Chahram Bolouri and Mr. André Brosseau as members of the Board of Directors for Prestige Telecom Inc.
