 Cantina Augusto Plc ("Cantina" or "the Company") MARKET UPDATE, RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND DELAY IN ACCOUNTS The Company announces the cessation of trading of its 100% owned subsidiary Fast Consultants Limited, which trades as Pucci Pizza. The decision was taken because of the continuing ongoing losses exacerbated by the current economic climate. As a result of this decision, the Board of the Company would like to inform shareholders that the final results for the year ended 30 September 2010 will be delayed. The Board has to delay these results until the audit has been completed but in any event will announce the results no later than the end of March 2011. The Company also announces the resignation of Mike Nash as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. The Board wishes to thank him for his contribution and support and wish him well for the future.
