MELVILLE, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE:PKE) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share payable December 28, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2010.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable February 4, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 7, 2011, consistent with the Companya™s historic schedule of regular quarterly dividends.
