ManTech Employees and Leadership Donate $100K to Support Injured Veterans and Help Families in Need

FAIRFAX, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ: MANT) ([ www.mantech.com ]), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs, today announced that the company has completed a charitable campaign that raised $100,000 to support wounded veterans and impoverished families and individuals through the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund and LIFT, a nonprofit with a mission to combat poverty. ManTecha™s contributions have been directed to the charities through [ CharityWorks ], a Washington, D.C.-based philanthropic organization.

Through the campaign, ManTecha™s employees contributed $25,000, which the company and its executives matched for a total of $100,000.

The [ Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund ] and [ LIFT ] are CharityWorks 2010 partner organizations. The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is a nonprofit organization that offers financial assistance and solutions for better quality of life for wounded members of the U.S. armed forces and their families. LIFT is a national organization whose volunteers assist more than 6,000 low-income clients per year by providing job training, creating food banks, and connecting them with social service agencies.

CharityWorks brings donors, corporate leaders and volunteers together to help non-profits transform themselves and the lives they touch. CharityWorks focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty through education, shelter, health and nutrition, and family services. It also is deeply committed to supporting organizations that serve U.S. armed forces and their families.
