Tekelec Announces Release Date for Second Quarter 2010 Results

Tekelec has scheduled a conference call for Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 8 a.m. EDT for management to discuss its second quarter 2010 results. The Company also plans to provide both GAAP and Non-GAAP numbers (including GAAP reconciliations) on its website immediately prior to the call, and to discuss during this call certain forward-looking information concerning management's outlook for the business.
