CINCINNATI--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC), Cameco Corp. (NYSE: CCJ), and Gamestop Corp (NYSE: GME) were three of the more interesting companies with relatively heavy put buying on Friday.

The skepticism on Cameco came ahead of this earnings report. The company is best known for its involvement with uranium and nuclear energy. Shares of CCJ are just below the mid-point of a short-term trading range that has been in place since October.

Earlier this month I discussed how I had been on the wrong side of Gamestop. The stock hasn't yet been able to overtake resistance but does remain in an uptrend and put buying has ticked up. A breakout amid this put activity would definitely prove my original concerns were wrong.
