Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Zoran Corporation
NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Harwood Feffer LLP ([ www.hfesq.com ]) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Zoran Corporation ("Zoran" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:ZRAN) concerning possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law related to the proposed acquisition by UK-based chipmaker CSR PLC (aCSRa) in a transaction valued at approximately $679 million.
