FSI International, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of its Common Stock

MINNEAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSII), a manufacturer of capital equipment for the microelectronics industry, today announced that the Company intends to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate and working capital purposes. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Dougherty & Company LLC is serving as the co-manager.

The shares will be issued pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the aSECa) and was declared effective on April 12, 2010.
