SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) today announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss its fiscal year 2010 third quarter financial results, provide a general business update and respond to investor questions.

The Company's results for the second quarter ending March 31, 2010, will be filed with the SEC no later than May 17, 2010.
