SINGAPORE--(Marketwire - May 7, 2010) - Intelligent Communication Enterprise Corporation (
The MOU sets the scene for ICE Corp and its Indian counterpart to launch iCEsync in the Indian market under a new brand name to be agreed upon by the two companies as well as to develop and distribute Indian mobile content worldwide over the iCEsync platform. The MOU also facilitates the aggregation of third party Indian content for iCEsync and the marketing and selling of mobile advertising over iCEsync in India. Due to the high profile nature of this collaboration the companies have agreed to keep details of the Indian counterpart confidential until the date of the announcement of the brand name in India.
"We are pleased to enter the Indian market with a strong partner. India is the second largest market in the entertainment industry and we are confident that this collaboration will yield extremely positive results for both companies. Our research shows that there is very strong demand for Indian entertainment content overseas and we are confident that iCEsync will be the premier platform for distribution," stated Luther Jao, CEO of ICE Corp. "We are in the process of establishing an office in Mumbai to fully support this partnership," added Mr. Jao.
