NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 15, 2009) - GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ GOIG ]), [ http://www.goipglobal.com ], announced today the setup of a new subsidiary, Go800 LLC, to provide a unique patent pending text messaging product to advertisers. The new product is being patented and is planned for launch in 1st Q 2010. Revenues will be derived by licensing the product to advertisers. Engagelogic, [ http://web.engagelogic.com ], headed by David Harper, will be handling the product launch, technology integration and interactive Web site.

Ike H. Sutton, CEO, commented, "As per Nielsen's reports, 'as of Q3 2008, 203 million of the 263 million U.S. wireless subscriber lines paid for text messaging either as part of a package or on a transaction basis. From a penetration and usage perspective, The Nielsen Company estimates that 57 percent of all mobile subscribers ages 13 and older use text messaging on a regular basis. Text messaging has become so popular, in fact, that U.S. mobile subscribers now send and receive more text messages in a month than they make phone calls.' Based on these growing statistics, Go800 will launch a product that will enable advertisers to connect with this growing market and based on our research advertisers will gladly pay our projected licensing fee to be able to do so. More information will follow after all our patents have been filed."
