(PINKSHEETS: [ MDGC ]), a leading developer of broadband wireless products and services, announced today that it has terminated its asset sales discussions with ZipGlobal Holdings, Inc., effective immediately. The letter of intent disclosed in May regarding the same subject has been mutually terminated.
