CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - November 20, 2008) - kCura Corporation today announced that RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: [ EMC ]), has certified that Relativity is now RSA Secured® and interoperable with the RSA SecurID® two-factor authentication system. This certification signifies kCura's commitment to providing additional layers of security for its customers who can now leverage two-factor authentication technology through Relativity's web interface.

"As a web-based application, Relativity significantly increases our clients' opportunities for collaboration within their firm as well as with external parties. This increased collaboration requires increased security," said kCura CEO Andrew Sieja. "We are proud of our technological partnership with RSA and to be able to provide our clients with the assurance that only trusted identities are accessing their systems."

"We are pleased to have worked with kCura to certify interoperability between RSA SecurID® technology and Relativity as it is more critical than ever for companies to increase the security and integrity of their valuable information," said D.J. Long, Senior Director, Corporate Development at RSA. "Our organizations are committed to helping to mitigate risk to sensitive information throughout its lifecycle; ensuring that sensitive information is always an asset, and not a liability."

Relativity is a litigation support platform with the power to handle the complete review lifecycle, and the ease of use to let reviewers focus on documents instead of technology. In addition to added levels of security provided by RSA SecurID two-factor authentication technology, Relativity can restrict users by IP address, and integrate with Microsoft® Active Directory, as well as providing a highly granular security model within the application.
