HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - November 24, 2008) - Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: [ EXBX ]), today announced that its Shareholder Meeting has been rescheduled to 10:00 am CST on Thursday, January 15, 2009, at the Sugar Creek Country Club, 420 Sugar Creek Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77478, so the Company can mail its latest Form 10K, filed on November 12, 2008, to all shareholders 30 days before the meeting, in compliance with SEC regulations.

Shareholders will be mailed timely notice of the meeting in December. During the meeting, management will provide brief comments on relevant business topics about the Company.
