Tue, November 18, 2008 Unify Announces First Composer Sabertooth Customer Win
ROSEVILLE, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Unify Corp. (NASDAQ: UNFY), a global provider of application modernization software, announced today that it has closed its first Composer Sabertooth application migration project with a software provider of financial solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The customer will migrate its current Team Developer based application to C# on the Microsoft .NET platform as a compliment to its existing Team Developer application.
As an ISV, customer demand was dictating the addition of a .NET web-based version of the company's product to complement its Team Developer based solution in order to compete for new customers. The customer selected the Composer Sabertooth migration offering to convert its Team Developer based application into a Web-based and Web services enabled version of the application that runs off a single set of backend services.
