Abu Dhabi, UAE - WaHa, a leading climate technology company, and Khalifa University of Science and Technology, announced an increased partnership to enhance the energy efficiency and capability of the WaHa Vaporator® atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology to enable water security throughout the UAE and the Middle East.

Waha, a UAE-based company focused on sustainable water solutions, has partnered with Khalifa University to advance atmospheric water generation technology in the Middle East, as announced on April 17, 2024. This collaboration aims to enhance the efficiency and scalability of Waha's AWG technology, which extracts water from the air, addressing water scarcity in the region. The partnership will leverage Khalifa University's research capabilities to refine the technology, making it more accessible and cost-effective. This initiative aligns with the UAE's sustainability goals and supports the development of innovative solutions to combat water scarcity.
