The University of Massachusetts Lowell (UMass Lowell) has entered into a partnership with the U.S. Army's Security Assistance Command (SAIC) to enhance the training of international military personnel. This collaboration aims to provide advanced educational opportunities in areas such as cybersecurity, engineering, and applied sciences. The partnership will facilitate the development of tailored educational programs, research initiatives, and professional development courses to meet the specific needs of foreign military students.
