


OSI Geospatial Announces Adjournment of Annual General and Special Meeting and Extension of Proxy Deadline
VANCOUVER, Aug. 25, 2011 /CNW/ - OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSXV: OSI) ("OSI Geospatial" or the "Company") announced today that shareholders have voted in favour of adjourning the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") to 9:30 a.m. (Pacific time) on Friday, September 9, 2011 at the offices of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP at 550 Burrard Street, Suite 2300, Bentall 5, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6C 2B5 (the "Adjourned Meeting") in order to allow shareholders to fully consider the Amended and Restated Information Circular filed by the Company on August 22, 2011. No other business was conducted at the Meeting, originally scheduled for August 25, 2011 and all business set-out in the Notice calling the Meeting will be conducted at the Adjourned Meeting.
Additionally, in order to allow additional time for shareholders to vote their proxies with respect to the Adjourned Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company has extended the deadline for the return of proxies with respect to the Adjourned Meeting to Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time), being 48 hours prior to the time of the Adjourned Meeting.
