SAN FRANCISCO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Riverbed Technology (NASDAQ: RVBD), the IT performance company, today announced that it has reviewed the counterclaims of patent infringement made by Silver Peak Systems in Riverbeda™s patent infringement lawsuit against Silver Peak, which was filed by Riverbed in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
