VANCOUVER, Aug. 26, 2011 /CNW/ - China Keli Electric Company Ltd. (TSX-V: ZKL) ("China Keli" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Kai Hong Chan, Corporate Secretary of the Company has resigned effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Chan for his services.

China Keli is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Michael Raymont has taken on the role of Corporate Secretary. Dr. Raymont is also a Director of the Company, and EVP Finance and Corporate Development.
