


Icron Technologies Corporation Announces Successful Completion of Arrangement
VANCOUVER, Aug. 29, 2011 /CNW/ - Icron Technologies Corporation (TSX-V: IT) ("Icron") announces that it has closed its previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") with Pender Financial Group Corporation and 7895461 Canada Inc.
Under the Arrangement, holders of Icron's issued and outstanding common shares are entitled to a payment of $0.53 in cash for each share held. Shareholders must deposit a properly executed Letter of Transmittal with Computershare Investor Services Inc. in order to receive payment. Copies of the Letter of Transmittal, which provides complete deposit instructions, were delivered to shareholders in connection with the shareholder meeting held on August 10, 2011, and are available on SEDAR at [ www.sedar.com ].
