Bridgewater Systems Announces Closing of Plan of Arrangement with Amdocs Limited

OTTAWA, Aug. 17, 2011 /CNW/ - Bridgewater Systems (TSX:BWC) ("Bridgewater" or the "Company") is pleased to announce today that the acquisition of all of the outstanding common shares of Bridgewater by Amdocs Canada Acquisition Corporation, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Amdocs Limited (NYSE:DOX), pursuant to a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act, has closed. Bridgewater is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Amdocs Limited. Bridgewater's common shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Bridgewater will be applying to cease to be a reporting issuer under applicable Canadian securities legislation.
