Alticast Collaborates With Rovi to Demonstrate Seamless IP and Java Guide Experience on tru2way(R) at The Cable Show

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 10, 2010) - Alticast, the worldwide leader in deployed end-to-end tru2way solutions, today announced at The Cable Show in Los Angeles, that it is showing a demonstration using tru2way guide technology from Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: [ ROVI ]) with IP-based video tuning features running on Alticast's tru2way platform on a cable-IP hybrid set top box. This demonstration shows how operators can utilize IP content along with their RF-based cable content through a seamless guide experience on Alticast's market-proven tru2way solution.
