CALGARY, Jan. 7 /CNW/ - Circa Enterprises Inc. (TSXV: CTO) ("Circa") announced today that it has appointed James Waddock to the position of Vice President, Business Development and Strategy effective January 5, 2010 and, in that regard, has entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Waddock.

Mr. Waddock brings a diverse background to Circa, including various senior positions at Telus Corporation, Tefina Technologies and Rare Method, where he was most recently employed as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Waddock will be responsible for developing new opportunities and is a welcome addition to the Circa management team.

Circa is a public company with offices in Alberta, Ontario and Florida. The outstanding common shares of Circa are listed and trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol CTO.
