ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - September 28, 2009) - TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: [ TSYS ]), a leading provider of mission-critical wireless communications, today announced it will demonstrate its Commercial Mobile Alerts System (CMAS) at the OASIS Emergency Interoperability (EI) Summit on September 30 and October 1, 2009 in Baltimore, Maryland. The Oasis EI Summit is part of the 2009 National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) National Training Event. The event serves as a forum where industry experts demonstrate the benefits of interoperable software systems that support public safety and mission-critical emergency services.
