CARSON CITY, NV--(Marketwire - August 12, 2009) - Bonfire Productions (OTCBB: [ BNFR ]) has announced that the company has merged with streaming media technology pioneer Intervision Network (IVNet). The new entity will retain the name Bonfire Productions, and all IVNet products and services will continued to be marketed, sold and supported using their existing brand names.

Bonfire Productions will continue the roll-out of the centerpiece of the IVNet product offering, the Ice Mobile ([ www.bnfr.tv ]), a media phone developed with revolutionary global broadcasting capabilities.

Bonfire Productions anticipates the Ice Mobile product offering to be global in scale, as the technology is readily compatible with any GSM carrier. While other mobile technology devices provide only archived streaming clips, the Ice Mobile provides the user with live continuous streaming media content disseminated at a rate of 30 frames per second. Moreover, the device features a "click-to-broadcast" live point to multipoint media dissemination between one Ice Mobile device and another Ice Mobile device or to the Internet.

In addition to the Ice Mobile, Bonfire Production's technology and business ventures relate to IPTV broadcasting and related live Internet-based multimedia transmission technologies including a global content delivery network, IPTV set top boxes and related technologies.
