(PINKSHEETS: [ PHMB ]) management announced today that the company has no plans for a reverse split of the company's outstanding shares of common stock, currently or in the foreseeable future. Management noted that reverse splits are often detrimental to shareholder value and stated that the company is therefore not considering such an action to effect a rise in the current price per share of the company's stock, though management believes the price per share to be undervalued and not representative of the company's inherent value and prospects of future growth and earnings.
