SAVANNAH, GA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - Effective June 3, 2009, PureSpectrum, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ PSPM ]) has acquired control of International Medical Staffing, Inc. by acquiring 3,600,000 shares of IMSG common stock constituting 64.29 percent of the company's outstanding common stock.

Concurrent with the change in control, PSPM president and CEO Lee Vanatta was elected a director for IMSG effective on the 11th day after the filing of Schedule 14F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by IMSG. Effective June 3, Mr. Vanatta was also elected president, secretary and treasurer of International Medical Staffing.
