ShoreTel: Frisco RoughRiders Score With ShoreTel's IP PBX System

Under the terms of the agreement, the RoughRiders will deploy 170 ShorePhone® IP Telephones throughout the executive offices, locker rooms, luxury suites, concession stands and offices within the facility. The ShoreTel UC system offers a low total cost of ownership for the organization in the long term, and greatly improves communications within the corporate offices and general ballpark area by providing features such as advanced call handling, Workgroups, and one-touch Web dialing.

The Frisco RoughRiders evaluated a number of major vendors and selected Westron and ShoreTel for the project. Westron is a ShoreTel Orange Partner and longtime service provider for the ballpark and executive offices. A key factor in choosing the ShoreTel UC system was the level of increased reliability provided by its unique, centrally managed, and distributed architecture.
