HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - February 11, 2009) - XO Communications (OTCBB: [ XOHO ]) today announced that it is providing high-speed, low-latency Gigabit Ethernet IP transit service to Infobahn Outfitters, Inc., a full-service Internet provider delivering network access and IP services to eight western Illinois-based telephone companies. XO was selected based upon the company's proven ability to rapidly implement service without sacrificing quality or performance -- a critical need identified by Infobahn Outfitters at a challenging time.
