"Fed Vice Chair Janet Yellen -- considered the frontrunner for Chairman Ben Bernanke's post should he decide to step down -- said the economy needed exceptionally low policy rates for a longer period and she didn't believe any significant asset bubbles were forming," The Street's Economist Joe Deaux states.
