Rosetta Stone Announces Winner of ESL Classroom Innovators Contest

Joy Cowart, an ESL teacher at Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia, was named the winner of the contest at the annual Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) conference.
