(NYSE:BR) today announced that its Womena™s Leadership Forum will host a first of its kind Womena™s Leadership session on Tuesday March 8, 2011, at SIFMAa™s 59th Annual Securities Industry Institute® (SII) held at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The session, aRules for Cultivating Leadership Excellence,a will be presented by Rosina Racioppi, President and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc.

In this session, Ms. Racioppi will lead a discussion about the evolution of a womana™s role as a leader, and how women can establish their credibility in a genuine way as they rise through their organization. Over 180 attendees of the SII are enrolled.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Rosina Racioppi spearheads her organization's initiatives to help Fortune 500 companies cultivate the talent they need for ongoing growth and profitability. Gathering on the campus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, participants in the three-consecutive year program meet for one week each March to complete required course work.

The Institute is a custom executive education program with a curriculum that is redesigned each year to reflect the needs of an ever-changing and ever-challenging business.
