


Industry Analyst Firm Gives Convergys Highest Possible Rating for Overall Performance in Business Support Systems Market

Gartner revealed these ratings in the December 2008 report called "Dataquest Insight: Business Support System Market Overview and Strategic Scorecard for Vendors, 2008."
In order to "offer guidance to carriers with respect to strategic BSS vendor sourcing decisions," Gartner evaluated the position of BSS vendors through a set of criteria including Product or Service, Market Understanding, Offering Strategy, Geographic Strategy, Sales Strategy, Market Responsiveness and Track Record, and Overall Viability. Convergys' performance against these criteria earned the company the highest possible overall score of "Very Strong."
