This guide, which now includes 1,120 job titles, is designed to improve the efficiency of the labor market by ensuring that job descriptions accurately reflect the duties and qualifications required for each position. The update was developed in collaboration with various stakeholders including the Qatar Chamber, the Qatar Financial Centre Authority, and other relevant bodies. The guide not only helps in standardizing job titles but also aids in better workforce planning, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws, thereby fostering a more transparent and competitive employment environment in Qatar.
