(PINKSHEETS: [ GDTK ]) announced today that its subsidiary DHS 2 LLC has filed a Reg D offering for $5,000,000 which will allow the DHS 2 LLC to move forward with its capital raise to deploy more Phoenix units that generate electricity from low grade heat. The investors into the LLC will be eligible for Federal TAX CREDITS and possibly State tax credits depending where the investor lives.

The current Federal tax credits are approximately 30% of the amount invested plus the investor will receive its principal investment and earned profit over the 5 year term of the investment.
