ORCC Names Payments Industry Expert Greg Haney Executive Vice President of Operations

CHANTILLY, Va.--([ ])--[ Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC) ], a leading provider of digital financial services, announced that Greg Haney has joined the company as executive vice president of Operations for itsElectronicBill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) business. In his role, Haney will be responsible for ePayment operations and client services.

Haney brings nearly 20 years of industry expertise to ORCC. Previously, he served as the senior vice president of Operations of Biller Services for Fiserv, Inc., a provider of technology solutions for the financial industry. While there, Haney was responsible for overseeing daily operations and played a major role in developing strategic relationships with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and others. Haney was also instrumental in creating the business model which allowed BillMatrix (now part of Fiserv) to provide electronic payment services to clients within the boundaries of ACH and card association compliance.

Most recently, Haney was a financial services consultant for electronic payments and interchange management to merchants, payment processors and card-issuing clients to improve their overall operations. Haney has also held audit positions for several companies, including Bank One Corporation, Darling International, Inc. and Sammons Enterprises. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas A&M University.
