Toron announces completion of 193 claims transfer to Toron

MONTREAL, May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Toron Inc. (OTCBB:TRON)- (The Company) Toron Inc. is very pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the transfer of the 193 Tiblemont claims it purchased on February 29 2012 in the Val Dor area of Quebec. The transfer was completed on April 20  2012 . This transfer will complete the second purchase of claims for Toron in the area. The Tiblemont Gold Property is an excellent property addition to the Tiblemont Gold Property  These properties can be explored in more depth with more technically superior techniques that can identify areas of interest for drilling. Toron has now acquired and been transferred a total of 255 Claims encompassing more than 33,984 acres in this area.
