SAN DIEGO, May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ LEAP ]), a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless communications services, announced today that Doug Hutcheson, president and chief executive officer, and Jerry Elliott, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will participate in an analyst-led discussion at the 40th Annual J.P.
