ODESIA Announces the Acquisition of Interfacing Technologies

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 11, 2012) - ODESIA Group Inc. ("ODESIA" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:ODS), a corporation specialized in delivering business-intelligence solutions ("BI"), decision-process management and business analytics, today announced that it has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of privately-held Interfacing Technologies Corporation ("Interfacing"), a debt free Business Process Management ("BPM") software company, for $1.5 million cash and the issuance of 4.0 million shares.

Based in Montreal, Interfacing ([ www.interfacing.com ]) is a pure-play BPM software company founded in 1995. Interfacing has clients globally across all industries. Interfacing's BPM solutions are intuitively designed for business users and cover the full spectrum of process improvement and governance initiatives.
