Conference is offering an interactive hybrid meeting option for the first time
MADISON, Wis., Aug. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- [ Sonic Foundry, Inc. ] (NASDAQ: [ SOFO ]), the recognized market leader for rich media [ webcasting ] and knowledge management, announced that the [ Elite Meetings Alliance ] has selected Mediasite by Sonic Foundry to webcast their education sessions. The conference is taking place August 14– 16 at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, Mass.
The Elite Meetings Alliance brings together corporate and association planners with leaders in the luxury hotel industry to cultivate relationships and conduct business. For the first time the conference is offering a hybrid meeting option, with select education sessions webcast via Mediasite. Speakers will be answering questions from the remote audience, as well as conducting interactive polls. Midori Connolly, Chief AVGirl and CEO of [ Pulse Staging and Events ], developed the AV strategy for the event.
