Miller, who had been serving as Solix' Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Corporate Development, succeeds Neil Fant who announced his retirement.  Miller joined Solix in 2001 and has led the management of the company's operations and business development activities. He has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience including service as a vice president for NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.
