MELVILLE, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE:PKE) announced that Paul Oa™Neill has been appointed to the position of Aerospace Business Development and Program Manager for the Company. Mr. Oa™Neill will report to Sue Macaluso, the Companya™s Vice President of Engineering.

Prior to joining Park Electrochemical Corp., Mr. Oa™Neill held a number of senior positions in the aerospace industry. Since 2008, Mr. Oa™Neill held the position of Aerospace Engineering Manager with EireComposites, Co., a specialized composite development and manufacturing company in Galway, Ireland. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Oa™Neill was Lead Engineer for Materials and Processes with Spirit Aerosystems (Europe) Ltd. specializing in composite aerostructures for major commercial aircraft programs. During the six years prior to 2004, Mr. Oa™Neill held a number of positions in materials and processes engineering and manufacturing engineering with BAE Systems, involved in both military and commercial aircraft programs. Mr. Oa™Neill received a Bachelor of Engineering Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Paisley in Scotland.
