Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. to Distribute GRWT Shares
TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLVT) (aBulovaTecha or athe Companya) announced today that it has revised its plan to distribute its shareholdings of Growth Technologies International (Pink Sheets:GRWT) (aGrowth Techa) to shareholders of record as of October 10, 2010. The Company stated that it has revised the date for determination of record holders eligible for receipt of Growth Tech shares to October 29, 2010 for administrative services. Shareholders will continue to receive one share of Growth Tech for each share of BulovaTech owned as of the record date.
Growth Techa™s principal activities center around the initiatives in BulovaTech Labs, which is now a subsidiary of Growth Tech.
