Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. Announces Realignment in Management
RANCHO MIRAGE, CA, Aug. 13 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX: CWG) is pleased to announce changes, effective today, to its senior management structure. Mr. T. Boyd Craig, Founder and former Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Executive Chairman of Craig Wireless has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. J. Drew Craig, the former Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Executive Chairman of Craig Wireless has been appointed as Chairman.
The Company also announces that in connection with his recently-announced engagement as President and CEO of a Canadian international financial institution, Mr. Bruce Rothney has today resigned from the board of directors of the Company. The Company sincerely thanks Mr. Rothney for his years of dedicated and valuable service on the board and wishes him well in his new position.
