| This presentation will outline a systems approach to R, S+ and TIBCO® Spotfire® analysis in the Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) environment, which enables reproducible research and development across life science functional areas. R and Spotfire may be integrated into the LSH environment using adapters that enable access to data in LSH and running of analytic jobs from within the LSH environment. The use of S+, R and Spotfire with LSH will be described, along with attendant workflows. The LSH applications will be illustrated with a safety analysis on clinical trials data. | |

| Clinical trials are complex and include many safety and efficacy measurements, often on large populations of subjects over a long period of time. This presentation will feature graphical analyses for both exploratory review and reporting of clinical trial data. Report graphics will be shown using S+ and TIBCO Spotfire® Clinical Graphics, both part of the TIBCO Spotfire product family. Exploratory graphics will be shown using TIBCO Spotfire. These products enable end-users to create graph templates and to share these for re-use on different clinical trials across a variety of functional areas. | |
