LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("[ Conspiracy Entertainment ]") (OTCBB: CPYE), a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Western Europe, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with dtp Entertainment AG to publish Witches and Vampires (DS) in North America.

Witches and Vampires (DS) is an adventure game that tells the story of three magical half-siblings and their quest to defeat an evil vampire clan. Release date has not yet been finalized, however the Company anticipates a pre-Halloween release.
